Billing questions
Should I use a monthly plan or pay-as-you-go credits?
If you verify every month, a plan costs less per address. If your volume comes and goes, buy credits: they never expire. If you have both, the plan is spent first.
What counts as a verification?
One address we could verify: it came back deliverable, undeliverable or risky. Unknowns (the server wouldn't tell us, or the timeout ran out), syntax errors and duplicates within a file are free.
Can I verify a list in bulk on any plan?
Yes. Files and the API draw from the same credits on every plan and every pack, including the free tier.
Is there a free trial?
Every account verifies 100 addresses a month free, with no card. That is the trial: the same checks and the same result file as a paid account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Most credit and debit cards through our payment partner Paddle. Bank transfer is available for larger orders; contact us.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans at a discount are available on request; ask for a quote.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit on the API?
The API answers HTTP 402 until you buy pay-as-you-go credits or move up a plan. Nothing is lost.
